After a Russian nuclear submarine is destroyed by the King Of The Monsters, the United Nations meet to discuss the use of nuclear weapons to stop the kaiju. Unfortunately, Godzilla has just hit Tokyo and inadvertantly triggered the doomsday weapon himself...
